Currently, I hold a senior clinical position within the Central London NHS psychological service and also operate a private practice. My career spans various roles in the NHS and non-profit sector, where I have worked extensively with individuals dealing with a wide range of psychological challenges. These include complex emotional needs, trauma, long-standing relationship issues, and addiction concerns.
In my practice, I employ evidence-based therapeutic approaches to provide comprehensive support to clients. I prioritize creating a safe and empathetic environment where clients can explore their issues and work towards healing and personal growth.

I am a fully registered Clinical Psychologist accredited by the Health and Care Professions Council and a certified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist registered with the BPC.
I specialize in evidence-based psychological therapies and I trained in a range of therapeutic modalities which allow me to offer patients both, short and longer term treatment.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. I integrate various therapeutic techniques to help clients gain insight, develop coping skills, and build resilience to effectively manage stress, anxiety, and other psychological issues.

I offer individual therapy sessions (short or longer term). Currently the sessions are facilitated on line or in person.
My working days are: Tuesdays & Wednesdays
Fees: £100 per therapy session.
